Paula worked as project manager for the Capability and Acquisition Sustainment Group in the department of defence responsible for the first phase of the rollout of Deltek COBRA. This included the assessment of their current processes and use of Deltek Open Plan Professional as their cost tool and import of trial project information into COBRA. It also required the development of COBRA work instructions.
